Stoplight Red Blend

Tools of the trade.  A grape of character blended with a grape of color in just the right proportions to please the eye and the palate. Prepared as a prism for the senses, this wine is spicy, nutty, juicy and firm.  Perfect with meaty and washed rind cheeses (cheddar, mahon) and dishes like pattatas bravas and Spanish meatballs.  Semi-Dry.
